Back-to-School Support for 268 Children: A Milestone for Jars of Love Community (JLC)
With the new 2024 – 2025 school year upon us, let’s celebrate together the milestones we’ve achieved with our partners, whether organizations or individuals.
As of September 2024, Jars of Love Community has successfully distributed school kits to 268 children across several communities. This initiative, held on August 31, September 1, and September 12, 2024, saw 171, 57, and 40 children, respectively, receive essential school supplies. These efforts were made possible thanks to the generosity of our partners—Ubuntu Solidarity, Unis pour Aider, Impara Group, Abana Bacu, AWOR, and Legacy Women—whom we sincerely thank.
By equipping these children with the necessary tools for their education, we aim to alleviate the financial burden on families and ensure these young learners can start the school year on a positive note.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who contributed to this achievement and invite anyone willing to support future initiatives to join us in offering a brighter future for more children. We hope that the number of child beneficiaries will continue to rise.
